In response to the container shortage, Hapag Lloyd orders an additional 60,000 TEU of standard containers from China. The order is on top of the already ordered 150,000 TEU of standard and reefer containers in April.
Hapag Lloyd expects that the first boxes are already integrated into their existing fleet in July.
